4 person occupancy max in most cottages.
2 bed units accommodate UP TO FOUR (4) PEOPLE
4 bed units accommodate UP TO EIGHT (8) PEOPLE
All are non-smoking units with kitchenettes with microwave, full bath, cable TV, AC, decks overlooking the Guadalupe River, and a BBQ grill. Please bring any cooking supplies, paper plates, cups and utensils etc. Also bring towels!! All bed linens are provided. There must be at least one person 21 yrs. or older to register in cabin.
Check in time is 5:00 PM - Check out time is 11:00
NO PETS IN COTTAGES
NO Motorcycles, ATV's or motorized carts
All reservations are subject to 10% taxes. All reservations require a full pre-payment for deposit.
A 21 day cancellation policy is strictly enforced. All changes or cancellations result in a $15.00 fee per unit. If occupancy limits are exceeded a $25.00 fee per person will apply. All cabins are NON-SMOKING. Weekend rates consist of any two night combination that includes either a Friday or Saturday.
